With over 15 years of coaching experience from youth baseball through the college level, Eric brings a deep understanding of athlete development, leadership, and team culture. He has coached nationally with organizations such as the Colorado Yard Dogs, Colorado Rocky Scout Program, and USA Prime, and currently serves as the General Manager of DBA North in Lafayette, Colorado. Eric is also entering his third season as head coach at Erie High School and his eighth season overall in high school coaching.
Throughout the conversation, Eric shares insights on coaching with integrity, maintaining fairness, developing athletes the right way, and leading young players on and off the field. The episode covers real challenges coaches face today, including building trust, setting standards, and creating environments where athletes can grow beyond the game.
