How are Regulatory Bodies shaping the future of cryptocurrency?

🇦🇪 Having read VARA, I agree with one of Crypto’s respected International voices — Anton Golub — that the world needs to learn from the UAE’s regulatory approach.

🇳🇬 My opinion: Nigeria should improve its regulatory approach — even if all cryptocurrencies ‘may be’ classified as securities, certainly not Bitcoin! Regardless, the country continues to lead Africa in this innovation as the Powerhouse.

🇮🇳 And what about India? Great people & vibe! But a 30% flat tax on profits from trading crypto, 1% TDS, 4% cess alone by its government is outrageous — and the recent 18% GST on CEX fees! No official Framework yet. Only a heavy crypto tax regime. Now, here’s another opinion: India needs crypto as much as Asia needs a Crypto India to lead the region.
