Season One of The Not Creative Podcast is officially wrapped — and wow, did we learn a lot.
Across every conversation, one thing became clear: Creativity means something different to everyone.
We go through the highlights of the season and talk about:
– Perspectives on whether creativity is an inherent talent or a muscle that gets stronger
– How pressure to perform impacts our performance and mental health
– Why collaboration is often the biggest contributor to great work
– The messy realities of commercial creativity
– Our own love-hate relationship with certain industry norms – including the controversy of our name.
It’s been a season full of surprises, debates and honesty about how we all navigate being creative (and not creative). And we accidentally did a whole lot of learning.
Season Two is coming in 2026 so stay tuned!
