In this episode of WAVE–Arrábida, we’re joined by Jana Zappe — a somatic bodyworker and embodiment coach who supports women in reconnecting with their bodies and inner sense of freedom.
Together we explore what embodiment really means in everyday life, the challenges of running your own business, and why staying connected to your body can be such a powerful guide through it all. Jana also shares how her work helps women move through shame and rediscover a deeper sense of self-connection.
We also talk about the role the Arrábida landscape plays in her work, and how nature can support the process of coming back home to yourself.
A grounded and honest conversation about embodiment, resilience, and reconnecting with both body and nature.
