He is the founder of BFG Financial Advisors, a nationally recognized wealth management practice. After more than three decades leading the firm, Eric stepped down as CEO as part of a long-planned succession strategy designed to transition leadership to the next generation.
Eric also leads Brotman Consulting Group, where he works with financial advisors and professional firms on succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, and enterprise value creation.
