In this episode, I get the opportunity to chat with two-time Grammy nominee, Martha Wash. We discussed her decades-long career as a vocalist, actress, philanthropist, and advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. She shared stories about working with Sylvester, her duo ”Two Tons of Fun” which was later changed to ”The Weather Girls”, her multiple albums, her record label, and her advocacy work.
We had a fun and relaxing conversation which allowed me to get to know a bit more about this legendary singer! At 72 years young, she is still going strong!
Thank you Ms. Wash for joining me this season. I had a great time sharing and laughing with you.
