Northern Static Series S2, Ep 10 with Melissa Walker
On the final episode of Season 2 of the Northern Static Series, we sat down and got to know Melissa Walker. Melissa is very well known and admired within our music community. Her music career spans widely throughout the past decade plus and has become a cornerstone of Northern BC’s live music scene. She has played bass in many projects throughout the years, recorded on multiple records, graced an endless number of stages all across the country and overseas. Melissa Walker is one of the hardest working musicians out there who puts an incredible amount of care in every song she learns and performs. She is most recently making herself known by performing her own songs with her band Checkdown Charlie.
