This week is more personal than usual.

A small child watched the door every night. An old woman in a headscarf leaned over her bed. She felt herself pulled toward the attic, flew above the neighbourhood after dark, and knew when someone was about to cross over. When she tried to tell the adults, she was told it was a nightmare, that it was not real. So she started sleeping with the light on. That child was me.

I open up about what it costs to be a sensitive child without containment, why “embrace your gifts” can land as an impossible ask, and what the work of mediumship development is really for. I share the order that actually holds steady, nervous system regulation, grounding, discernment, identity work, and only then connection, and why not all spirit contact is benign.
