Dr Arooge Shafi is a senior Rehabilitation Medicine Physician. She has over 10 years of experience in aged care, orthopaedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medical reconditioning rehabilitation. Arooge focuses on complex old age patients with multiple comorbidities and chronic diseases for general rehabilitation.

Dr Arooge Shafi is the rehabilitation craft group representative of the Medical Advisory Committee and a part of the morbidity and mortality committees. She has excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. She is continually involved with the college (RACP/AFRM) fellowship exam setting committee. Arooge keeps up to date with advancements in the field of rehabilitation by regularly attending international conferences and workshops, especially in the field of spasticity.
