Lucinda Sykes MD is a retired Canadian doctor and director of Meditation for Health clinic in Toronto. More than 6000 patients attended her clinic, referred by their doctor, for medical programs of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). The MBSR program includes yoga and body awareness, as well as meditation and stress reduction. Since retiring from medical practice, Lucinda continues public speaking and natural lifestyle coaching.
