Between school activities, after-school activities, sports, family obligations, careers and personal hobbies, Christian families today are expected to cram a lot into a limited schedule. You might say they're beyond busy.
And when life gets busy, something has to give. Sadly, for more and more families today, church involvement is often one of the first things to go. Statistics show that parents in these families typically remain faithful and often return to church eventually. But overwhelmingly, their children and grandchildren do not. Put succinctly: The kids of the dechurched become the unchurched. It's a sad reality, but there is hope.
Join us on this four-episode exploration of the dechurching phenomenon for young families. We'll look at four myths that surround this stage of life and then explore how these myths stand up to God's word. We'll also get practical as we equip you with the tools you and your family need to move beyond busy.
