Tash from The Creative Nail Academy has been doing nails for 17 years and educating students for six of those years. She teaches beauty school level 3, ABT accredited day courses, her own academy and she's also a Nail Order educator. I wanted to pick Tash's brain and ask her all about the things she wishes students knew before they enrol on a course!
She shares the most common struggles she sees in the classroom, stories of her most chaotic training room experiences (including physical fights, yes, you heard that right…), and what she would add to the curriculum tomorrow if she could.
Plus: a gas leak, two students who needed privacy screens putting between them, and a Nightmare from the Nail Desk from someone whose mate's rate has become everybody's rate.
