In this milestone 20th episode, I sit down with Glenn Bostock—founder and CEO of SnapCab—and Kendall Hyatt for one of my favorite conversations yet.
Glenn’s story is inspiring: he struggled in school, but outside of it, he built sophisticated inventions like sailboats, gliders, and hot air balloons. His love for woodworking grew into a career, and what started as a dream of running a small woodshop evolved—through trial, error, and comfort with failure—into two companies with 140 employees!
With Kendall’s guidance, Glenn is now refining those ideas into his upcoming Forbes Books release, Becoming a Human Business (May 2026). Kendall also shares her own journey of finding her voice and embracing her strengths and weaknesses within SnapCab’s caring environment, offering a powerful perspective on what it truly means to build—and live—a human business.
What a fun and refreshing conversation this was—welcome to episode twenty!
P.S. We recorded in a SnapCab Pod—it blocked out the office noise and made for the perfect recording space. Highly recommend!
