We are back for another week in the Whiskefy’s Dram Cave – I called up my good friend Rhi to share a dram and talk all things Makers Mark hours before she set off to the other side of the world.
Of course we had to chat about the latest releases including Star Hill Farm (you can catch my review on the Whiskefy socials) and break down what it means to have Regenerative Farming Practices at a distillery. We dive head first into her background as a bartender and we uncover some of her favourite drops in the rapid fire section.
