Podcast Description

Welcome to Belly Button Fluff on My Pillow – the poetic podcast series that approaches mental health and poetry as full…. Amateurs.

My name is Drew Taylor-Wilson, my pronouns are they/them and I am your host and amateur poetry and mental health expert… poetry coz I write it, usually for therapeutic contexts and mental health because often the writing it down for therapeutic contexts isn’t enough… so I made a podcast instead!

Each week I sit down with a fellow mental health and poetry sufferer - we either hear a poem they’ve authored or something they delightfully perform written just for their sensibilities. To follow, we wax lyrical about all the poems we’ve loved and lost.

The first season features 5 brilliant Scottish artists. Each week a fact sheet pin-pointing you to the glorious corners of the internet mentioned in the episode will be provided be provided on my website at https://www.drewmakestheatre.com/podcast
