Brenda Rigney is a passionate advocate for women navigating midlife transitions, drawing deeply from her own experiences as a Gen X woman. As she began working with midlife women—while journeying through this life stage herself—Brenda discovered the rich intersections that define women’s lives beyond age: career pivots, building and rebuilding communities, raising families, living abroad, and the evolution of friendships. She recognizes that while younger women crave exploration, midlife brings a pivotal period of reflection, refinement, and committed decision-making, especially around health, relationships, and priorities.
Brenda’s work centers on supporting women as they choose what fits them best, encouraging them to put themselves first and question societal expectations about motherhood, career paths, and community roles. She thrives on connecting with women facing these exciting yet complex crossroads and champions the need to unravel outdated norms—especially in business and personal identities. Through her story and her work, Brenda empowers women to redefine fulfillment on their own terms.
