The correlation between mental health and general wellness is crucial in any discussion centered on the alleviation of the mental health crisis. In this episode, Lubelihle is joined by Marcia Hove and together they explore the importance of self-care, the challenges which discourage the youth from prioritizing their mental health and the need for more collective action in our communities.
Marcia Hove is the current Club President of the GirlUp-United Nations Foundation chapter in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. She is also a registered general nurse and a devoted youth activist who takes pride in making a difference in the lives of others.
