Sundeep has almost 38 years of experience in small-molecule drug discovery and development in oncology, inflammation, the central nervous system, cardiovascular, and metabolic disorders. He is co-inventor of the best-selling drugs Zetia® (ezetimibe) and Vytorin® (ezetimibe/simvastatin). Sundeep was the American Chemical Society's 2005 National Inventor of the Year and received the 2004 Heroes of Chemistry Award. He is a co-author of 70+ publications and presentations, and a co-inventor on 100+ issued and applied patents. Sundeep has also served as Trustee of the University of California, Davis Foundation.
