For the first episode we have Henry Gallardo, proud owner of Barrio Athletics. After graduating UCLA Henry worked in all sorts gigs however, posting videos about running in South Central LA changed his life. After building a community, Henry saw an opportunity for people to hear about the Barrio and began Barrio Athletics. Join us on a walk around South Central LA by his old high school and the place his parents met, while chatting about listening and growing.
