Mon dernier invité au Roll and Play Podcast a un parcours remarquable. William Atsang, originaire du Cameroun, a immigré au Canada il y a à peine un an, apportant avec lui toute une vie d’expérience en Sambo. Dans son pays d’origine, il était reconnu comme un expert de calibre mondial, ayant entraîné plusieurs champions continentaux et remporté lui-même de nombreux titres de champion continental.Il est également ceinture noire en judo et cinquième dan en Sambo, des grades qui témoignent de décennies de dévouement au grappling et à la compétition de haut niveau.Aujourd’hui, son objectif dépasse la réussite personnelle. William souhaite contribuer activement au développement du Sambo au Canada, former la prochaine génération d’athlètes et, ultimement, voir le Canada devenir une nation de premier plan sur la scène mondiale du Sambo.
