Tune in for our seventh episode of The Leader’s Table with Christy Schaaf, currently the Operator of North Bergen FSU in North Bergen, NJ! It was great to have Chris join me again after flying solo for a few episodes. Christy, Chris and I were in LDP around the same time and crossed paths at a grand opening together. This assignment was a very unique opportunity for this many LDP participants to be on assignment together. The impact this assignment had on us has lived through this day and continues to shape who we are as leaders. Christy has always been someone that truly lives out what it means to impact people on a deeper level. I reached out to Christy as I knew she could provide insight, inspiration, and encouragement to others. Christy joins us to dive into topics from her Chick-fil-A story, how she leads through encouragement, and the difference she is making in her community . Christy brings a wealth of knowledge and we hope this episode can inspire all different roles in the restaurant industry!
