We all know that the only certainty in life is Uncertainty (with a capital "U"--let's give Uncertainty its due respect). On this show it's our goal to befriend Uncertainty and treat it with a positive growth mindset. Uncertainty could mean disaster....it could also mean opportunity. A lover of Nature, authentic relating, and creating social gatherings, Alf has been joining the UP book club shortly after its inception. A native of Australia, Alf talks about his journey (both internal and external), and what took him to and from Taiwan. Amongst topics on this episode, we touch on internal family systems (IFS), self-congruence vs. cognitive dissonance, the maze of finding the perfect toilet, finding solace at lucha libra wrestling matches, and the world of discovery that comes with exploring decaying roadkill (and moths!).
