We all know that the only certainty in life is Uncertainty (with a capital "U"--let's give Uncertainty its due respect). On this show it's our goal to befriend Uncertainty and treat it with a positive growth mindset. Uncertainty could mean disaster....it could also mean opportunity. On this episode, cohosts Jeffrey and Miranda welcome Raven into the studio. Raven is an artist and Mindfulness & Life Coach helping people reconnect with their inner voice, navigate emotions, and cultivate presence in daily life through guided meditation and one-on-one coaching. She is the founder of Visiting Now, a brand built on the power of presence. It is a practice of visiting life, inviting you back to the “now.”
On this episode, Raven shares her own journey with Uncertainty, a journey that was predicted to end over a decade ago. Ever since then, Raven has been “living beyond the script,” and given multiple chances in the “video game of life.” She talks about discoveries made while traveling, the video game philosophy of life, poor advice given by HR managers, and her connection with music, art, and the beauty of all things. She also reminds us to stay in touch with the inner child that resides in us all.
