Author and teacher Katherine Pasour joins host Kerry Wood to discuss the ways in which God made our human bodies for holiness and healthiness. Her book, Honoring God with My Body: Journey to Wellness and a Healthy Lifestyle, is a nine-week Bible study that builds a theological foundation for how one can live more completely in Jesus in every dimension of health and life – physical, intellectual/mental, emotional and social, vocational, and spiritual.
While nutrition and exercise are important factors contributing to a healthy lifestyle, we also need to know how great is God's love for us, and how He has created us for love to Him and others. Katherine gives some very practical and practicable suggestions for those just starting a journey of health and for those who are ready to grow even more deep with Jesus in their lifestyles.
