The first episode of our Coalition Corner Podcast Season 2 explore the issue of growing older while living with HIV.
As the HIV-positive population ages, new challenges emerge that require urgent attention. Older adults living with HIV face a unique intersection of health issues, including age-related co-morbidities, medication interactions, stigma, and the need for specialized healthcare services that address both aging and HIV management.
Joining us on this episode to discuss the topic are Dr. Alisha Robb Allen – Acting Senior Director of the Jamaica's Ministry of Health and Wellness' HIV/STI Unit and Joan Stephens who has been living with HIV for decades.
