In this episode of the Gaia Art Bar Podcast, we welcome Russ Willmon to share his personal journey through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Developed by the late Dolores Cannon, QHHT is a method of deep hypnosis designed to help individuals access memories, insights, and expanded states of awareness that may exist beyond ordinary consciousness. During a QHHT session, participants are guided into a relaxed trance-like state where they may explore past life experiences, receive intuitive guidance, and gain perspective on challenges in their current lives.
During his first session, Russ experienced a past life regression where he lived as a wealthy merchant in 18th century Scotland who prioritized image and status over love and connection, ultimately dying alone without meaningful relationships. The experience revealed the importance of love, community, and self-love in his current life, helping him overcome decision-making fears and childhood trauma patterns. Russ’s account offers a compelling exploration of personal transformation and self-discovery. Join us as we examine the intersections of consciousness, memory, healing, and creativity through an open-minded conversation about one of today’s most intriguing hypnotherapeutic modalities.
