Aaron Hostetter applied for a youth ministry position at Holy Trinity in Norfolk on a whim and spent the next 16 years helping shape the contours of youth ministry in the Diocese of Richmond. We interviewed Aaron this summer at his last youth ministry event for the Diocese – the Diocesan Work Camp – and asked him to reflect on his service to the parish and diocese.
