Podcast Description
My name is Virginie, you may know me as the founder of the indie music blog/company BETTER music. I always wanted to have my own podcast but I guess I just wasn't ready. Now that I'm ready, I can finally share a place where we will get to be ourselves and talk about our lives, struggles, our health and of course, music. Thank you for tuning in.
ps: this is not perfect, there are so many things I need to fix. But I know I will get BETTER at this the more I do it. The goal is to always evolve. In the meantime, please bare with me. Thank you !

In this episode, I’m joined by Serena Sun — an artist originally from Vancouver, now based in London — who shares her journey of moving abroad to pursue her dreams.
We talk about the courage it takes to start over in a new country, touring across Europe, building confidence on stage, and evolving creatively over time. Serena opens up about her latest music, the artists inspiring her right now, and what the industry has taught her about herself.
We also reflect on mental health, navigating the music world as a woman, and the advice she would give her younger self before taking such a bold leap.
An honest conversation about growth, risk and trusting your voice.
Thank you so much for listening.
