Shane Leydon is an Irish, Métis, and Mennonite multi-faceted artist from Treaty 6 Territory in Flin Flon, Manitoba. He moved to Vancouver to learn the craft of acting amongst other artists, and while he did find that, he also found that what he perceived was a normal yet insatiable thirst for any and all mind-altering substances, was actually pretty problematic and scary for a lot of people in his life. He started his recovery journey in 2010, and while nothing in life is certain, he thinks maybe he found what he was looking for in 2019 as a way to stay sober.
