Riddlers: of human drama in systems and more…
In this series of conversations with organisational leaders, HR consultants and coaches working towards humanising workspaces and enhancing their effectiveness — we explore the complexity of human drama within systems and attempt to arrive at some meaningful responses, together!
In this second episode, we unpack how boys internalize masculinity through culture, systems, and early experiences, drawing from the TV series Adolescence.
Our Riddlers, Gagandeep Singh and Kartik Shah, explore:
- What does it mean to be a man today?
- How did masculinity become tied to dominance and disconnection?
- What can help boys cross the bridge to a more integrated, healthy manhood?
Together, they navigate the evolving meanings of manhood and hold space with tenderness for the audience to journey alongside.
