GUNNERS BOTTLE FINAL!!! | The Three Gaffers Podcast | Series 2, Episode 27The Three Gaffers are back for another huge episode packed with Premier League drama, European action, and plenty of chaos. Hosted by Edward Brookes, James Francis and Joe Lowden, this week’s show covers all the fallout from Gameweek 31 — and there is a LOT to get into.We start with the big talking point… Arsenal’s disastrous cup final. Despite progressing in Europe, the Gunners suffer a crushing 2–0 defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup Final. Have Arsenal bottled it on the big stage once again? The debate gets heated as the Gaffers break it all down.On the European front, it’s a completely different story for Ed, as Arsenal advance to the Champions League Quarter Finals where they’ll face Sporting Lisbon. Meanwhile, Joe is on the receiving end of absolute carnage as Newcastle are humiliated 7–2 by Barcelona, crashing out of the competition in brutal fashion — and yes, he doesn’t hear the end of it.Across the Premier League, there were massive results everywhere. Gaffer James’ Manchester United are held to a 2–2 draw by Bournemouth, Liverpool fall to a 2–1 defeat away at Brighton, and Everton stun Chelsea with a dominant 3–0 win. Fulham beat Burnley 3–1, Aston Villa secure a 2–0 win over West Ham, and Sunderland beat Newcastle 2–1 AGAIN, piling even more misery onto Joe. Is it time for the awkward conversation “Eddie Howe IN or Eddie Howe OUT?!?”. Spurs’ nightmare continues with a heavy 3–0 loss to Nottingham Forest. To wrap things up, the FPL segment returns with the title race tighter than ever. Edward posts the highest score of the week, bringing him level and making it a neck-and-neck battle for top spot, while Joe drifts further and further away at the bottom of the table.Plenty of laughs, heated debates and classic Three Gaffers chaos throughout.Make sure to like, comment and subscribe, and hit the notification bell so you don’t miss another episode of The Three Gaffers Podcast.
