In our first ever Dear Caz episode, Caz answers the question, “Can grief get lodged in the body? How can you gently release it with Chinese medicine.”
Grief is a topic that is close to Caz’s heart. It is both violently unique to an individual, but somehow an achingly similar experience amongst those who experience. This episode is for you if you hold your own grief, know NOTHING about the experience, or if you have a loved one in the trenches.
As a bite size episode, you can listen while you do the dishes, to get an insight into the treatment of grief from a Chinese experience and a few things you can do to take care of yourself.
