I sat down with Dr. Richard Louis Miller—clinical psychologist, author, and broadcaster with more than 64 years of experience in mind-body health. His recent book, Master Your Mind, offers a step-by-step path for moving from living on autopilot to consciously shaping your life – shifting from anxiety to greater peace.
In this conversation, we explore how we can shift from living in anxiety to discovering greater peace, ease, and breathing room in your daily life.
Richard has deeply mastered the practice of conscious breathing. During a near-death experience, focusing on his breath quite literally saved his life. His work reminds us that healing and awakening arise when psychological insight, embodied health, and expanded consciousness come together.
At the heart of his teaching is a simple but powerful truth: when we step back and observe our thoughts and emotions with awareness, we gain the power to change our lives.
