Brent joins the show today to discuss how to keep an open mind, and move through life’s challenges with grace by using the philosophy of yoga.
Brent Laffoon has been teaching yoga in Los Angeles for 10+ years and is the founder and director of the Association of Yoga Professionals. The AYP is the world’s first and only certifying organization for teachers of Modern Postural Yoga. The AYP requires all teachers to pass a comprehensive certification exam, and a Karma of Ethics course, raising the bar for the teaching standard in yoga.
