Matteo Casini is a partnerships and business development professional and the host of the Stepsero Podcast. After studying across Italy, the UK and Belgium, he eventually moved to Berlin, where he built a career across tech, sales and partnerships. Matteo created Stepsero during a period when he was experiencing stress and anxiety. Today, with more than 100 episodes published, the podcast explores the complexities of modern work and the challenges people face within it.
