On Season 3 Episode 4 host Rebecca Horan is talking to Ann Costigan. Ann is a paediatric nurse specialist, mum of three and a stoma nurse specialist. Ann has built up a huge community online with her Instagram page ‘Poo and The Loo’ and has written a leaflet to help parents and break down the subject they are perhaps more embarrassed to talk about. These issues include chronic constipation, bed-wetting, toilet training and so much more. Ann is the leading voice in this area and talks to Rebecca about our children’s little systems and why and how they get constipated and how we can help them feel better and get confidence in their toilet habits.
