የሲኤፍሲኤ ኢትዮጵያ ፖድካስት በባህል እንዲሁም በኢትዮጵያ በሚገኙ የባህላዊ እና የፈጠራ ኢንዱስትሪ (CCIs) ላይ ያተኮረ ተከታታይ ክፍሎች ያሉት ጥልቅ ውይይት የሚካሄድበት ፖድካስት ነው፡፡ ሃሳብን በሚኮረኩቱ የተለያዩ ክፍሎች ባለሞያዎችን እንዲሁም ባለድርሻ አካላት ከህዝብ/መንግስት ድጋፍ አንስቶ እስከ ስራ ፈጠራ፣ ሰላም ግንባታና እና ዲሞክራሲ ባህል በኅብረተሰብ ውስጥ ያለውን ሚና ይዳስሳል፡፡ በተሾመ ወንድሙ የሚዘጋጀው ይህ ፖድካስት ለቅስቀሳ እንዲሁም ወጣቶችን ለማብቃት መሳሪያ ሆኖ ያገለግላል፡፡ ሁሉም ክፍሎች በአማርኛ የሚቀርቡ ሲሆን የእንግሊዝኛ የግርጌ መግለጫ ይኖራቸዋል፡፡
