Nathan W. Dockery is a Georgia Native and a proud alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned his degree in Civil Engineering. With a rich background in project management within the construction industry, Mr. Dockery has a proven track record in planning and executing both residential and commercial projects, alongside his expertise in engineering design. His professional journey began with the design of engineering systems for retaining walls and bridges across the United States. This experience paved the way for his transition into development and construction projects throughout Georgia. His portfolio boasts a diverse range of projects, encompassing the construction, financing, development, and management of communities and commercial sites. Mr. Dockery holds a general contractor license in the state of Georgia, further solidifying his commitment and dedication to his craft.
