An extremely late episode that has been sitting on my computer for a while!
This was Ara’s bonus episode from last April, where she talks about the process of creating Marichin Marukoy, which, by the way, began as a very dark poem about an aswang.
The story of Marichin is now a storybook and is currently in the process of becoming a stop-motion film!
We also talk about the importance of sharing stories about our homeland, keeping them alive, and passing them on.
Enjoy!
