Welcome back to I Love That For You! and HAPPY SUMMER, ALL! (To get you in the mood we even have birds chirping in the background of our mediocre audio we’re still figuring out!) Today we’re talking routines and vices and how sometimes they’re one in the same. (Take a drink every time we use run club or running as an example!)
But first, Sean and Kelly give their roses and thorns of the week before they dive into their own daily routines and vices and how the pandemic changed a lot of ours for the foreseeable future.
Our first listener email deals with a listener who is wondering if he’s the asshole for wanting his wife to change her extensive morning routine for a few days to accommodate family members staying over. Our next listener email asks for advice on how to change their well-worn habits and routines in their life in a way that won’t be too disruptive to their current autopilot lifestyle.
