At 48, Sofiah brings over three decades of embodiment practice to her work. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage, she has seamlessly integrated her background in Dance Therapy (Naropa University), expressive healing arts, Tantra, and temple dance into a powerful methodology that has transformed hundreds of thousands of women across the globe through her workshops, programs, coaching, and certifications.

Happily married for 19 years (she proposed!), Sofiah co-founded Envision Festival and created Danyasa Eco-Retreat.

After a near-death miscarriage in 2017, Sofiah’s path was forever changed. That initiation catalyzed her deepest work—guiding women to channel their sexual creative energy into sacred leadership, purpose, and magnetic power.

In 2023, she underwent a second womb surgery that marked the beginning of a deep sabbatical. Now emerging from that passage and walking through the perimenopausal portal, she brings forth a new layer of embodied wisdom.

Sofiah shares the Temple Body Arts path not only as a teacher—but as a woman who has lived the fire of transformation and returned with the medicine to guide others through their own initiations—into becoming the leaders they came here to be, and birthing a new paradigm together.
