I’m joined by Helen Wingrove-Sanders, who went from bluffing her way into radio as a teenager to becoming the BBC’s first female football commentator in the 1990s, before making a huge career pivot into recruitment, where she’s spent the last 27 years helping businesses build teams that truly fit.

Her career is proof that changing direction can open doors you never expected.
