👤 TODAY’S GUEST: Jessica Roocroft
Jessica is a Registered Dietitian specializing in IBS-D (IBS with diarrhea) and chronic diarrhea. With a focused, evidence-based approach, she helps clients overcome urgent, unpredictable, and life-disrupting diarrhea symptoms without resorting to overly restrictive diets.
Her passion for this work stems from personal experience navigating chronic digestive symptoms, bloating, and random diarrhea attacks despite repeatedly receiving normal test results. Frustrated by the lack of answers available to patients, she dedicated her practice to helping others uncover the root causes of their symptoms.
