Host Michael Arndt interviews U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, Warfighter Advance alumnus, and past WA Board Chair, Jim Crigler. As a helicopter pilot in Vietnam, Jim flew thousands of missions in combat. He discusses his Vietnam experiences and loss which he details in his bestseller book, Mission of Honor. Jim also describes his solo canoe trip the entire length of the Mississippi in honor of Gold Star families which he has documented in his second book: Echoes on the Water. His dedication to helping veterans and Gold Star families was spurred along by his attendance at and later involvement with War Fighter Advance. Jim continues to be a lecturer at WA evolutions.
