This episode is a vulnerable one for me to share… After my first pregnancy with a surprise Breech Baby that quickly turned into an emergency C-section, I prayed that my second pregnancy would go differently as I planned for a VBAC. At 32 weeks pregnant, I found out this baby was also breech.
In this episode I sit down with my doula and relfect on what I did physicall, mentally, and spiritually to navigate the last few weeks of pregnancy.
We cover what pregnant mamas should be doing proactively throughout pregnancy, as well as what to do if you're baby is still breech later in pregnancy.
Spoiler Alert: Baby girl finaly flipped at 36 weeks and I had the homebirth of my dreams!!!!
