In this episode of Jiggy’s Japanglish Podcast, we’re talking all about neighbors! Jun shares what it’s like living in a friendly L.A. suburb where neighbors stop to say hi, roll down their windows to greet his kids, and sometimes even hop out of their cars just to chat. Meanwhile, George and Imran talk about how things are totally different in Japan, especially in apartment life, where people rarely even make eye contact. We also explore why it’s harder for some people to open up and how Japanese and American relationships are built differently.
