These weekly podcasts will include interviews from people who are "stirring things up" in their communities. Each week we'll ask our guests to bring a recipe with them and show us how they "stir it up" in the kitchen as well.

Michelle shares a cherry cobbler recipe:
Mrs. Francis Mathis' Famous Cherry Cobbler
Ingredients:
16 oz. canned cheeries
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1tsp almond flavoring
1/4 c. sugar.
Directions:
Mix can of cherries with 1/4 c. sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a baking dish and set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk and flavoring.
Pour mixture over melter butter.
DO NOT STIR.
Pour cherries over mixture; DO NOT STIR
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
