CLAXONNNNN!!!
Want to be a writer? Listen to this!
After talking about him in no fewer than THREE other episodes, she got him… THE Simon Stephens sits and talks about creativity with Kerry, over some absolutely delicious Beckett's single malt English whisky.
They waffle! They backtrack! They get interrupted by a gorgeous dog!
It's the opposite of AI slop, it's unfiltered messy human interaction – and if you look closely you can see several moments where Kerry comes out of her own body with excitement and/or nerves and/or gratitude.
There's even behind the scenes stuff like Ed telling them they're 'being too depressing'!
Watch to the end for a BONUS interview with the fantastic and hilarious Scarlett Stephens, where she dishes the dirt on the three most annoying things about her dad (hint, they aren't annoying they are adorable).
