I sat down with Dean Newlund for an energetic, open, and lighthearted conversation about intuition, leadership, and what it means to be human in a time where AI is starting to do “human things”.
Dean is a gifted storyteller who shares both professional and deeply personal experiences, including moments when he ignored his own intuition, even walking down the aisle.
He brings over 30 years of global leadership experience, having worked across five continents and in 19 countries. He is the Founder and CEO of Mission Facilitators, a boutique consulting firm headquartered in Arizona, and has spent nearly three decades supporting leadership and team development for Fortune 500 companies.
In 2019, he delivered his TEDx talk, “Why Business Needs Intuition,” where he explores the Challenger explosion and the cost of ignoring hunches in highly technical, data-driven environments.
We explore what it means to read the “energy of a room,” the uniquely human ability to connect sincerely, and what it truly means to be human in these AI-times. Listen in!
