On today's episode, Avery Izzo joins the podcast. She shares about her positive experience growing up in the Catholic church, how she became closer to God during COVID, and how she continues to find Him and share about Him in new ways in college. Avery also discusses struggling with and, ultimately, surrendering perfectionism, body image, and eating issues to God. As well as, how she has gone on to use those battles to help and empower other women in so many ways. Finally, we also discuss singleness and the difficulty of navigating relationships in today's culture.
