My 14 year old son died in state custody from a drug overdose on the foster parents heroin after I requested the court drug test both foster parents and my son Jacob but I was laughed at and belittled in court on record for asking such a thing. Wadena county CPS is horribly corrupt and definitely target anyone who cant afford a real attorney. I had never even met that particular cps worker or guardian at litem before they took him away in handcuffs by police in his school. He passed away 3/28/21 . He would have been 19 years old last December 13th. They used made up allegations and never even investigated if those allegations were true. This destroyed my life , his moms life, all his siblings have issues now stemming from it. I have been targeted by police trying to set me up to silence me. They had someone hide methamphetamine in my car under the passenger seat but thank God Jacob's mom looked under the seat for her lighter and found it days before I got pulled over, pulled out of the car and was searched. That search was concentrated under that very seat. Tore my seat around the seat belt hole even. That terrified me.
